We have entered into a data processing agreement with the Authentication Service Provider that imposes obligations consistent with applicable Indian law.
Cross-border processing
The Authentication Service Provider may process and store data on servers located outside India. Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate contractual safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law and the terms set out in Section 12 of this Policy.
Your rights
Any requests to access, correct, or delete personal data processed in connection with your account, including data processed by the Authentication Service Provider on our behalf, may be directed to us at support@triptrizz.com. We will coordinate with the Authentication Service Provider as necessary to honour your request in a timely manner.
